Fish Nursery
The fish nursery is a cooperative effort
with the Pennsylvania Fish Commission to raise and release trout in local
waterways. In 2011-2012, our nursery will be the temporary home to 5,100 trout.
There are 5,000 Rainbows and 100 Golden Trout in our care.
We will release the trout in local waterways on May 12, 2012 beginning at
8:30AM and on May 26, 2012 beginning at 8:30AM. Young Helpers are encouraged to
bring their parents when we stock.
